Please specify the transition function. The first JSON array specifies the transition function upon choosing letter \(a\), and the second specifies letter \(b\). Both arrays are contained in one large array.

The automaton is initialized in 5 dimensions and then gradually (within 1min) compressed to 3 dimensions.
If the vertices travel too fast, the animation is slowed down. Once particles travel at normal velocities, the animation speeds up to normal speed.
The larger the power automaton the weaker the forces, since the more particles the more problems with computing the repelling force (the automaton unexpectedly shakes).
By hovering your cursor over a vertex you will notice the cursor change, this is so because you can click on it. By clicking a vertex you make it the focus point. You can always reset your focus point to the center of mass.
